Verses at Heart

I've had two verses on my heart for a week or two, I was thinking about them a lot. The first has to do with trusting God in dire situations, the second is about living that balanced life, avoiding extremes.

Psalm 37:25 I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread.

And below is from, Ecclesiastes 7:16-18:
Do not be overrighteous, neither be overwise -- why destroy yourself?
Do not be overwicked, and do not be a fool -- why die before your time?
It is good to grasp the one and not let go of the other. The man who fears God will avoid all extremes.
